Photography Terms & Conditions
Booking Your Session
- A session fee is required to secure your booking
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
- Remaining balance is due before or on the session date
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule
- Booking fees are non-refundable but transferable
- Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to Highland weather
Your Photography Session
- Please arrive on time to your session
- Late arrivals may reduce session time
- Session style and editing are part of the Julie Fraser Photography brand
Image Delivery
- Images are delivered via a secure online gallery
- Turnaround times will be confirmed at booking
- RAW (unedited) images are not supplied
Copyright & Usage
- Julie Fraser Photography retains copyright of all images
- Clients receive personal-use rights
- Images must not be edited or altered
- Commercial use requires written permission
Liability
In the unlikely event of:
- Equipment failure
- Image loss
- Illness or emergency
- Liability is limited to the cost of your session.
